Primary Survey

Airway: Clear Breathing: RR 16. Bilateral, equal air entry Circulation: Pulse 100/min, BP 110/80. Dysfunction: GCS 15. No neurology.

He has a small entry wound just below the left costal margin. There is no exit wound. There is some tenderness over the epigastrium but no guarding. Chest X-ray is normal. A nasogastric tube drains blood.
