Airway: Clear

Breathing: Normal

Circulation:
Pulse 90/min, BP 120/70.

Dysfunction: GCS 15. No neurology.

He has sustained a lateral compression fracture of the pelvis. Rectal examination is normal. There is blood at the external urethral meatus.
