33 year old man is stabbed in the right neck in Zone 2, just anterior to the sternocleidomastoid.

Primary Survey

Airway: Clear

Breathing: Normal

Circulation:
Pulse 70/min, BP 130/90.

Dysfunction: GCS 15. No neurology.

The wound clearly penetrates the platysma. There is an underlying, non-expanding haematoma. He has no dyspnoea, haemoptysis or odynophagia.
