27 year old male doorman, receives 'a good kicking' from his colleagues. Consumed a significant amount of alcohol prior to the incident.

Primary Survey

Airway: Clear

Breathing:
Bilateral, equal air entry. O2sat 98%. Resp rate 18

Circulation:
Pulse 70/min, BP 130/90

Dysfunction:
GCS 13 (E3V4M6) . Pupils equal & reactive.
Full power both arms and legs

Exposure:
Bruising to left temple, grazes and bruising over anterior abdominal wall.

Abdominal examination reveals a soft, but generally tender abdomen. Rectal examination is normal, as is urine dipstick.
