37 year old male. Pedestrian hit by dumper truck. Truck rolled over pelvis. Complex laceration over front of abdomen. IV access on scene and crystalloid infusion.

Primary Survey
Airway: Patent
Breathing: RR 24/min. Oxygen Saturation 96%
Trachea central. Equal air entry bilaterally
Circulation: Heart Rate 120, BP 80/30
Pelvic fracture. Possible intra-abdominal haemorrhage
Dysfunction: Alert and orientated. Moving all limbs.
Exposure: Complex abdominal injury
