Well, call the orthopaedic surgeon down to take a look at the leg. He comes down, has a look at the leg, grunts, and leaves. Moments later the theatre porter arrives to take the patient to theatre.

In theatre apparently, all was going well although the anaesthetist had to keep giving blood and adrenaline to the kid to maintain the blood pressure (due to reaming of the femoral canal no doubt). Finally someone had a look at the abdomen and noticed it to be about the size and shape of a watermelon and called a general surgeon, who did an emergency laparotomy at which point the child arrested and died.

Now the 'Finger of Blame' must be pointed. Where will it point do you think?
