Reassessing your ABC's you find his oxygen saturations have dropped again. Your tube is in the right place, but his right chest is not ventilating and he has the beginnings of tracheal shift to the left. You suspect he is re-tensioning his left lung, despite your needle decompression (which may have dislodged).
