Well, you managed to complete the prehospital care of the patient, although you could have been a bit slicker in parts. Still the patient is in the resus room and the trauma team is about to get their combined teeth into him. You can now take over the role of team leader for the same patient, or you can go back and try to improve on your performance at the accident scene (isn't virtual reality wonderful?).
