In the helicopter as usual you have problems with your monitoring. The non-invasive blood pressure is reading artifically low and the pulse oximeter is not picking up the saturations, regardless of which finger you place it on. With little access to the patient and the helicopter noise you cannot adequately assess the patient clinically.

You radio ahead with the patient details and the trauma team is activated.
