Well, you ordered more films, which is a step in the right direction at least.
But why not finish what you start and get a proper series of films? The
atlanto-occipital region and odontoid peg is a notoriously difficult region,
and cannot be fully cleared on a normal AP or oblique view. You must
image the upper cervical spine properly before you can remove
immobilisation.
There is an old Chinese proverb that says:
'No open-mouth view, bad luck for you!'.
Very wise those ancient Chinese (and advanced!).
