OK, you're happy with the adequacy of the X-ray. Now, the simple question
of interpreting it. You're never sure whether you should have the X-ray
facing left or right. You asked this at an international conference once,
and were told that you face it to the right for right-sided problems and left
for left-sided problems. However you have never been able to find a reference
to support this (and everyone started laughing afterwards).
Sadly, you only get it facing one-way on-line, so just give it your best shot.
