To post an advertisement, select the 'Submit an Appointment' option at right. All position announcements are kept on the web site for 3 months, or until the post is filled, whichever comes first. New job positions are also highlighted on the Trauma.Org front page (seen by 40,000 users per month) and posted to the 2700-strong membership of the trauma-list discussion group. This service is free to hospitals and non-profit institutions, but we ask for a minimum donation of £100 ($190) to Trauma.Org if advertisements are placed through recruitment consultancies. HCA Virginia’s Henrico Doctors’ Hospital in Richmond, Virginia is seeking acute care/trauma surgeons for their new Level II Trauma Center. Henrico Hospital is projected to see an estimate of 1950 cases and opened with provisional designation June 2016.
• Must be BC in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care • Must hold current ATLS certification • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Must be able to work 8-10 shifts per month.
