The Unit

Description

1300 bed hospital with 2800 trauma admission per year (90% blunt). 1600 orthopaedic trauma procedures per year.

Fellowship Program

Clinical Responsibilities

: High volume experience with emphasis on pelvic and acetabular reconstruction, acute and reconstructive Ilizarov application. Five to six calls per month. Research time set aside (2 months per year). Participation in teaching conferences.

Research Opportunities

Clinical Research: ongoing prospective, original prospective, and vast retrospective research available. Some basic and lab research available.

$40,000

Completed Orthopedic Residency Program, Passed ECFMG if applicable
