Fellowship Program
Clinical Responsibilities
The program is committed to train surgeons in academic careers in surgical critical care and trauma. It includes experience in the Burn Center with optional rotations in the Pediatric ICU. Fellows learn critical care patient management, research and administration. All previous fellows have accepted academic positions.
Research Opportunities
Basic: Immune dysfunction with trauma, role of macrophage in Immune Regulation and Burn Wound management with cultured skin.
Clinical: Medical informatics, databases, outcomes and ICU survival investigations.

Salary
Commensurate with PGY level.
Applicant Requirements
Three years of general surgery residency
