Description

715 bed institution in the Brown University Affiliated Hospital System. Prehospital trauma care is provided by both helicopter and ground-based
units. There are approximately 2,600 admissions per year (80% blunt, 20% penetrating).

Fellowship Program

Clinical Responsibilities

Based at the Sugical Intensive Care Unit of Rhode Island Hospital, with additional experience in the Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Paediatric Intensive Care Unit and High-risk Preganance Unit.

Teaching Responsibilities

Basic and clinical research is required

Certifications

ACGME accreditation

Applicant Requirements

Boar certified/board eligible in general surgery
