Description

American College of Surgeons verified Level 1 Trauma Center 2500 admits/year 85% blunt/15% penetrating, 8 trauma call surgeons, 2 full time Trauma surgeons, full time critical care staff, part of Indiana University residency program (Surgery & Emergency med). Service staffed by 2-4 residents (PGY-3, PGY-1) and 2 staff faculty per month.

Applicant Requirements

Equivalent of 4th year medical student (Third year with permission of Director), documentation of Malpractice coverage via medical school or training institution for active clinical priveleges, not necessary as observer or research program. Fluency in english necessary.
