Thanks for the compelling image. I’m a fairly new EMT so please forgive my curiosity and questions. What was the original MOI, and how long was the tourniquet in place?  From the picture there does not appear to be a humerus Fx. What rendered pressure point control ineffective? Was the limb able to be saved? Does your local protocol require on-line medical direction for their use?
