Gunshot wound to the right upper quadrant. The patient was haemodynamically normal and a Intravenous Urogram of abdominal gunshot wound, showing bullet and suggestive of disruption of the right kidney. The patient was taken for a laparotomy at which time a grade IV kidney injury was identified and a nephrectomy performed. The patient has also sustained a through & through laceration to the liver which was packed.
