Dr. Daniel Maia, Emergency Department - Santa Casa de São Paulo, Brazil.

Left lobe of liver contusions (Grade 3) and spleen laceration (Grade 3) following blunt trauma.  Blush at splenic hilum indicating pseudoaneurysm/active bleeding.  Small perisplenic blood collection.
