Dear /Dr.Fernando.
Could you please tell us :
what was the indication of Rt thoracotomy ?
fernan, January 09, 2008
The patient had a persistent right sided hemothorax despite chest tube drainage and a follow up CXR suggestive of liver herniation. RUQ ultrasound and chest CT confirmed the diaphragmatic injury with liver herniation.
