There is a hyperdense collection along the falx between the occipital lobes and a small subdural haematoma in the frontoparietal area, with brain edema and a huge midline shift.  The patient died after a few hours, and was in brain death since the initial evaluation.

the patient died because of the subdural haematoma?according to the ct scan showed it not involves the brain tissue alot.

The patient, i think because the ischemia in the midbrain.  Even more he was in an unresponsive blood presure state in the ER.
