A CT scan of the abdomen following penetrating trauma (stab) showing the knife tract and a subscapular haematoma. At laparotomy there was no bile leak found and the patient was treated with a drain inserted into Morrison's pouch. At day four post operation bile was noted in the drain. An ERCP was performed which showed injury to the right posterior duct. This was treated with a stent, following which, the patient had an uneventful recovery.
