Injury to the right subclavian artery between the first and second sections following a shooting incident. Initially the injury was controlled using a 10Fr silastic implant followed by a definitive repair 48 hours following injury using a saphenous vein bridge repair. At this time a thrombectomy for a distal thrombosis using a fogarty catheter was also performed.
