Pulmonary tractotomy 03

Gunshot to the left hemithorax. The chest tube drained 1600 ml.
Left anterotlateral thoracotomy revealed through and through lung laceration with active bleeding.
A pulmonary tractotomy was performed using soft intestinal clamps.
Bleeding vessels in the base of the tractotomy were ligated and the cut edges oversewn.
