A teenage male was shot in his right buttock. He had no intra abdominal damage, the bullet was later found to be lying within the penis.

it is necessary a lateral x ray film to define exactly the location of the bullet

From what I’ve seen so far (I am a first year xray student) two views 90 degrees from eachother is all that’s necessary for a fb. I think an oblique image might be helpful, but not necessary as this is a young male and the exposure is directly in the genital region.
