Would anyone know more about this bleed stopping gel?

If you are talking about some type of 'thrombin gel' as intravascular gel, I have never used it

You are talking about 2 different systems. I use thrombin as topical in the liver, spleen muscle or vessels. You are talking about plasma as intravascular replacement for blood loss

I always thought thrombin gel foam etc wasn't particularly helpful unless the blood has heparin in the system. Is that incorrect?

Not that the FDA gets it right all the time...

But approval doesn't come without at least some evidence.
