Wondering how many Listers are using the ACS' TQIP for benchmarking, and how?

We've been submitting data for several quarters and are close to the point where the reports seem realistic (had to FIGURE OUT HOW TO RECOGNIZE AND RECONCILE SOME ENDEMIC COMORBIDITIES); but I'm wary of the temptation to play whack-a-mole with our outliers, and wonder whether anybody's got a more organized approach. Plus we have a reverification next year, and it makes sense to seek out best practices before our VRC visit...

Any suggestions or examples welcome.
