SORRY      YOU WAITED TOO LONG
 
This afternoon we closed the registration for Trauma, Critical Care, &  
Acute Care Surgery 2012 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas for March 26-28,  2012.  
   The spaces in the auditorium  are  simply  SOLD OUT.    The fire 
marshall has told us NOT to  register any more people as there IS NO ROOM.     The  
Disaster Course for Sunday March 25, 2012 still has about 43 seats left, 
but  filling up fast.      Please, PLEASe do not attempt to  game the system 
and get in to the course by any other  means.      There will be NO on site  
registration.
