It has been experimented with in Germany for sure: http://www.plosone.org/article/info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.pone.0013758 http://www.jpost.com/Health/Article.aspx?id=223091 I know of at least one US researcher who is looking at this model, but it will need to be evaluated in a research platform for some time. Its clearly a departure from what we do now, and will be somewhat complicated and expensive. (Disregarding whether the therapy is helpful or not. Maybe it could be, if given 1-2 hours earlier?)
