This is the only one I could find that included trauma patients:

MACNAB, ANDREW JOHN M.D., F.R.C.P.C. Optimal escort for inter hospital transport of pediatric emergencies. Journal of Trauma-Injury Infection & Critical Care. 31(2):205-209, February 1991

Has anyone seen any literature on the transport of pediatric trauma patients
interfacility) by specialty transport vs. "normal" or adult transport? I've
een some literature, but they are only referencing medical patients and taking
he ICU to them, etc. Thanks for any help! :)
