My favorite one was a guy GCS 15 without complaints after MVA.  Came to clinic a week later with lawyer, still without complaints,  Wanted a CT (which was not done in ER).  Told him no.  His lawyer sai, "I'm a lawyer, I want you to do it". Told him no. "but I'm a lawyer".
