I am confused. How will a c-collar/halo immobilize either one of these
injuries?

Hello,

I had a case recently where the patient has a T5 single column injury
(anterior) and an L2 (2 column injury). No deficits. Is a TLSO enough
for the T5 fracture or a C-Collar/Halo is needed?
Upper thoracic spine injury is hard to stabilize with braces. What are
your thoughts?
Thank you,
