Hemopericardium and Childbirth

My sister died of something similar post partum, delivered at 25 weeks and 6 hours later found in PEA, Hgb 4 post with 4 liters blood in chest and another in mediastinum .? per report no "source " found.? No family history of bleeding disorders or connective tissue disorders baby fine and now almost 4 years old

I don't know of any, never ran into it during residency (with over 500  
deliveries), can't find anything about it on Medscape or MedLine, and my  
favorite High Risk OB doc has never heard of it. Her only guess was a pre  
existing condition (elastic tissue disorder such as Ehlos-Danlers or a coronary  

artery aneurysm with dissection of same).
 
Pericardial effusion, rarely.
 
Pericarditis, occasionally, especially with a viral syndrome.
 
I'm not on CCM-L right now. anything from those savants?
