Is anyone out there still doing the "towel-clip closure" for damage control?  If so, how is it justified?

Amen, Dr. Mattox....this is our teachable moment not only with our 
prehospital providers, but also with the general public. If the regional 
concept was universally understood, the right patient would be transported 
to the right facility at the right time, and there would not be a question 
of lost business.
