Just a little Monday Morning quarterbacking...My primary concern is why did 
the BLS crew cancel the ALS response? Perhaps if ALS were on board, the 
patient could have been managed in the original ambulance and gone directly 
to the facility with neurosurgical capabilities. Looks like a teaching 
opportunity to me...
