You (and anyone) are welcome to add your conference details to the
Trauma.org website *without* express permission.
Once registered (from the front page) simply navigate to the conferences
page and you will see an 'Add conference' link which will take you to a
submission form.
Once you submit the details they will be held for approval and then opened
to the web.  You can make changes at any time.
See you in Vegas!
