Thank you. I have not missed one of these fantastic trauma conferences at Caesars Palace in the last 6 years. I go there to get my medical, mental, and surgical batteries charged each year. This is undoubtedly the best educational experience in America if not the world. This year's program looks better than ever. Each year you seem to put together the greatest accumulation of topics and people, mixing old heads and new blood.
