Does anyone know of any data that has been collected regarding organ injury s/p CPR? Example if you have a patient that is resuscitated after cardiac arrest, started on anti coagulation therapy because of DVT/PE and then patient exsanguinates due to unrecognized splenic laceration (possibly caused by CPR). Does anyone routinely image (or is this vomit) patients that have had chest compressions and possible solid organ injury? Should all CPR patients be evaluated like a trauma? Keith
