Well, I think if you submitted a request for further data (which there is a lot of stuff not listed in the annual report) you might find more information on the topic you are wanting to look at. This is just a guess since I have never worked with it myself directly (I do injury epidemiology research but have a different source for my data) but more from what I have been told by colleagues who have.
