I am preparing for the Dip IMC in September (if accepted) and wonder if any of you who have taken the Dip or FIMC have any good advice on the depth and breadth of knoweldge required, particular area's of attention, good resources for referencing etc. I am incredibly focused on getting this first time so any advice would be greatly appreciated particularly from those who have attempted previously. Secondly, DR MARK FORREST, please accept my humblest apologies for disappearing of the face of the earth and not even supplying an explantion or "by your leave" for my non-attendance. I have had several very serious family medical emergencies that occured at the same time as the ATACC course I hoped to help you with but appreciate that this is scant excuse for my behaviour (or lack of it). I would love to still get involved if it is at all possible so please PM me if I may be allowed to elaborate and reinstate my reliability and repay the kindness you have shown me. In any event, thanks for your time and look forward to reading your posts.
