I am sorry that you're so eager to dismiss important and significant 
research into human factors so quickly, just because you're "not a bus 
driver".


Oh, and this was no comparison to the airline industry, if you read my 
post again. Merely stating that THEY have a far greater appreciation of 
the impact of human factors in performance.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have a night shift to go to (ugh!)
