You guys have obviously never been in a "Third World" country. Hand washing
is part of the culture before eating. If they are so immune to everything
then why are infectious diseases the leading cause of death?

And

They have great resistances

And hardly contribute to disease transmissions

I would add, simply, what I drink and eat. Great immunity, no asthma etc.
