A Regional Trauma System for London

Thanks Ken. To be honest the best thing you could do at the moment is
move to London so you can vote in the consultation!! Everything seems
to be on track (amazingly). All stakeholders, from EMS through to
rehabilitation, patients, public and the judiciary (even
intensivists!!) have been involved from the outset. Surgeons are
driving the process. There have been a few, but remarkably few
concessions to politics (clinical and otherwise) and, although we're a
few hurdles away we've never been closer. We're all looking forward
to the day when you can stop worrying about being in the wrong part of
London when you get hit by a bus.
