Regionalization of Specialized Health Services

It would be very simple for the government to REQUIRE such  rationalization.  
  Not part of the rationalization, no  money.

CONSULTATION AND REGIONALIZATION OF  SPECIALIZED  HEALTH SERVICES, such as 
Trauma Care, Heart Care, Stroke  Care, Bariatric  Surgery, Transplantation, 
etc.
