How specific and reliable is comparing pulse signs between left/right and
superior/inferior is ?
 
Would using electronicaly synchronised pulseOx be more likely or less likely
to be relevant (no appreciation of pulsee strenghts)
 
Are the pulse offsets relatively standard between individuals or present a
wide variety ?
