WHAT EXPERIENCES DO YOU THINK ARE REQUIRED TO BE A TRAUMA MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Not exactly on topic, but If they are going to oversee EMS operations, I
would definitely want them to have either been an EMS provider or have a
history of *active and productive* involvement in EMS medical direction.
