MVC. Ejected. 27 yom. Impaled by branch left chest towards L arm. dislocated hip and a tbi (no bleed). L ptx w chest tube...intubated for reduction of hip. that next am in icu hypotension hypoxic tachy to 150s resuccitated. CTA neg. CXR clear concern for wound. wound explored in or no "dishwater" appearance no fevers. taken back. later that afternoon. the wbc drops from 9 to 3. plts drop. redness in L arm. what next? thoughts...
