Could we at least re-introduce the trauma-related aspect to this thread?

Otherwise it's just one person's tit to another one's tat and it's not all that relevant really...

So let's talk about how rapidly we think the new American Healthcare System will be introduced. Seems to me that the time to debate EFFECTIVELY the "should it or shouldn't it" issue has passed, now that the guy who said he WILL do it got elected. So, any ideas or suggestions for the how and when?
