This is like a  hospital writing their own JCAHO rules and then site  
visiting themselves, scoring themselves, and then patting themselves on the back  
for passing their self designation.    WHAT NO OUTSIDE REVIEWERS  TO ASSESS 
QUALITY AND SAFETY??

Title 30) that is designated to specialty center requirements. It looks a  
lot like the ACS gold book with the exception of the addition of the
