Shooting in Washington DC (UNCLASSIFIED)

In Maryland, there is an entire section of the laws governing MIEMSS (COMAR 
Title 30) that is designated to specialty center requirements. It looks a 
lot like the ACS gold book with the exception of the addition of the Primary 
Adult Resource Center (Shock Trauma).
